Lymphatic Body Sculpture This is not a traditional lymphatic drainage massage. My approach combines European and Brazilian lymphatic techniques with therapeutic bodywork to encourage healthy lymphatic flow while addressing areas of fluid retention, inflammation, tissue congestion and body contour concerns. Every treatment begins by gently activating the main lymphatic stations over the blanket before any skin contact. This is followed by a foot cleansing ritual and lymphatic brushing using the Cecily Braden Body Brush to prepare the tissues and stimulate superficial lymphatic circulation. From there, I perform a customised hands-on massage using a combination of gentle, firm and rhythmic techniques. The pressure and pace are carefully adapted to your body, focusing on supporting natural lymphatic flow while working on areas affected by fluid retention, oedema, the appearance of cellulite, fibrotic tissue, localised fullness and loss of skin firmness. The treatment finishes with body gua sha and gentle pumping techniques over the lymphatic stations to support even fluid movement throughout the body, followed by a short relaxing scalp massage. Although this is a 80-minute treatment, no two sessions are ever the same. Every body has different needs, and each appointment is tailored to what your body requires on that particular day. While your whole body is treated, additional time may be dedicated to areas that would benefit from extra attention.
